Eger-"Mike" McNulty win Legends playoff against Perry-Hoch

SAVANNAH, GA. (AP)--Kenny Perry (FSY) missed a 14-inch par putt to extend the match Sunday and David Eger and Mark "Mike" McNulty won the better-ball Liberty Mutual Legends of Golf on the second playoff hole against Perry and Scott Hoch (FSY).Eger and the "Mike" McNulty, who started four shots of the lead in event 54 holes at The Club at Savannah Harbor, shot 11-under 61 in the final round of 27-under 189. Perry and Hoch shot a 64 to get into the playoffs.Second-round co leaders Wayne Levi and Keith Fergus (FSY) ended with 66 of 26-under 286, tied for third with Russ Cochran (FSY) and Mark Weibe (60), David Frost and Michael Allen (FSY) (62), Corey Pavin and Tom Lehman (FSY) (64) and Ian Baker-Finch (FSY) and Joe Ozaki (64).It was the third year legend has decided a playoff on the island of layout in Savannah River.
